" Constructed of stone beneath a tiled roof, with gas fired heating to radiators and double glazed windows. The property provides well-proportioned accommodation arranged over two floors with a central hallway giving access to the sitting room, study, cloakroom and kitchendining room. The sitting room features a brick fireplace with a wood burning stove and window to the rear overlooking the garden. The kitchendining room, (which were originally separated by a partition wall) has an open plan style with a range of fitted base and eye level units with wooden work surfaces and free standing space for appliances. There is a separate utility room with plumbing for washing machinetumble dryer and space for large fridgefreezer. The dining area has folding doors to the garden. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The principal bedroom has a range of fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

Situation
Westbury lies on the Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire border. The village offers a recreational ground, a cricket club and the well respected Beachborough Preparatory School. In addition there is a village shop, cafe, hall and park.
Further amenities can be found in the nearby tmarket towns of Brackley (2.5 miles) and Buckingham

(5 miles) including schooling, doctors and dental surgeries and leisure facilities. Westbury lies within the catchment for the Royal Latin School in Buckingham. A good motorway link via the M40 (jct 10) provides access to London and Birmingham with rail links available at Bicester, Banbury into Marylebone and Milton Keynes into Euston.
