" An attractive link detached bungalow, extending to approximately 1135 square feet, situated in a popular residential road in the sought after Village of Evenley and backing on to fields. Accommodation comprises; kitchen/diner, lounge with fireplace, shower room, three double bedrooms and a conservatory overlooking the beautiful, private rear garden. Also having a single garage and off street parking.

ACCOMMODATION Entrance via a glazed porch, which in turn leads to the hall. From the hall, glazed doors give access to the lounge and kitchen/diner, which is fitted with a range of eye level and base units with roll edge worksurfaces over, a one and a half bowl stainless steel sink and a four ring electric hob. There is an inset double oven, spaces for a fridge/freezer & washing machine and space for a dining table.
