" A rare development opportunity comprising a single infill building plot and a detached chalet bungalow in need of modernisation with potential to enlarge, subject to planning permission. The property was built in 1960 of brick beneath a tiled roof with a detached triple garage and workshop.

The main entrance leads into a hallway with doors off to ground floor accommodation and stairs to the first floor. There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. The sitting room features an open fireplace and overlooks the rear garden. The adjacent dining room leads to the conservatory and kitchen. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms.

Situation
Byfield is situated north of Banbury and is a vibrant community. The property provides an ideal location to walk to the village. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Banbury. From Banbury there is a mainline station providing access to London Marylebone in under an hour. J11 of the M40 provides access to London and Birmingham with the M1 providing access to the North and South from J15.
