" Situated within a private and tucked away position in this popular village to the North of Banbury, a versatile family home with countryside views. The property offers light and open plan accommodation offering a split level sitting and dining room with a central fireplace and stove. The kitchen and breakfast room offers a range of eye and base level units with a Belfast sink and granite worksurfaces, a Leisure 6 ring, double electric oven and grill (available by separate negotiation). A utility room leads from the rear entrance hall along with the boiler room. In addition to the main accommodation there is a further garden room with a wood burning stove and views to the garden. From the sitting room there is further access to an additional kitchen/breakfast and living room with a wood burning stove to one corner. Upper Boddington is located north of Banbury. Within the village there is a public house, a bi-weekly post office facility, village hall, school, public playing field and church. Daventry also offers a mainline railway station into London (Euston). Access for the M40 south can be found at Banbury (J11) and at Gaydon (J12) for those heading north to the M42.
