" A much-improved three-bedroom family home, located in a lovely, quiet residential location with no passing traffic. The property sits on a much larger than average plot.

There are local shops and a park within reasonable walking distance and the town centre is only a five-minute walk away.

Internally, the property has undergone many improvements to create a lovely home, which won't disappoint you.

On entering the property the entrance hall is light and spacious and really gives a feel of what the property is all about.

On the ground floor there's a refitted cloakroom and an extremely useful, large under-stair storage cupboard, great for hiding the hoover and ironing board.

The large lounge has a feature fireplace with an opening through to the dining area and patio doors that lead into a delightful private garden.
