SITUATION The pretty village of Newnham is situated about 2 miles outside the market town of Daventry and is centred around a village green with a public house and highly regarded primary school. The well known beauty spots of Everdon Stubbs and Badby woods are nearby and road communications are excellent with easy access to both the A45, A5 and the A361. DESCRIPTION This charming cottage was believed to have been built in about 1887, the year of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee and it is thought that she actually visited the property in person that year.
