The development is situated adjacent to the Waterside Campus and Northampton General Hospital, 0.4 of a mile from Northampton Town Centre. In Guildhall Road is the home of the historic Royal Theatre of Northampton, one of the oldest Repertory Theatres in the country. Adjacent to the Royal is the Derngate Theatre and opposite is the Northampton Boot and Shoe Museum. The new Northampton Railway Station that marks the start of an exciting town centre development decade at almost twice the size of the current railway station, will welcome visitors, commuters and businesses for generations to come. There are regular services between London Euston and Birmingham.
