No Chain! This five bedroom family home has an entrance porch with glazed door and windows leading to the main front door having half patterned frosted glass panels. The hallway is light and airy with high ceiling and storage facilities under the staircase. To the right of the hallway is the spacious lounge with feature fire surround. Glazed double doors lead from the lounge into the dining room which has an integrated doorway to the kitchen. In the kitchen there are base and wall units with surround half tiled walls, hob and oven, dishwasher and built in fridge. There is room for a table and four chairs. Leading off from the kitchen is the laundry room which is plumbed for a washing machine and has a tumble dryer. In addition there is room for a large freezer and refrigerator currently used as a wine cooler. This area also has a WC. There is a door from the laundry leading to the garage.
On the first floor there is a substantial family bathroom with modern fully tiled corner shower unit, bath, wash-hand basin and toilet. The hot water tank is in a large airing cupboard. To the right of the bathroom there is the first of several double bedrooms. This bedroom has views over the rear garden. The front main bedroom has ample room for a full bedroom suite. The third double bedroom is currently being used as an office. On the other side of the stairs, to the left is another double bedroom and opposite a smaller single bedroom. Safety features include smoke alarms on the ground and first floor levels, as well as a carbon monoxide detector above the gas fire.
Outside to the front there are extensive bedded area and trees with a paved area to stand three to four cars. There is a lockable side gate.
The rear garden has a brick paved patio with pot plants and the lawn has an interesting curved path leading to a pergola. To the right of the garden is a rockery. "
