" The enchanting garden and views beyond over pasture land and countryside are indeed a particular feature of this semi detached house which is situated on the outskirts of Newark just one mile or so from the town centre. Spacious sitting room, open plan dining kitchen, three bedrooms, gas central heating, double glazing, forecourt parking for two vehicles and a green area frontage.

The property stands with a tree lined and green area frontage just off the Farndon Road. The access is a shared private driveway and the property has double width parking in the frontage area. This semi detached house built in the 1970's has a long garden, beautifully landscaped and running down to open countryside. The views are far reaching and yet the property is situated on the outskirts of Newark just over one mile from the town centre.
