" This is a good sized period cottage enjoying a central location within the unspoilt rural village of High Marnham. High Marnham is an unspoilt hamlet with a village pub and green. The nearby villages of Tuxford and Sutton on Trent provide more comprehensive amenities and the property is in the catchment area for the popular Tuxford academy. The market towns of Newark and Retford are also within easy travelling distance where more extensive facilities are available including fast rail services to London in around 75 minutes.
