Location The village of Aslockton lies on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir and local amenities include a public house, local post office/shop, primary school and railway station with links to Nottingham and Grantham. There is a high speed train to Kings Cross from Grantham in just over an hour. Additional amenities can be found in the nearby market town of Bingham approximately 2-3 miles from the property and these include a leisure centre with indoor pool, secondary schooling, range of local shops, doctors and dentists. The village is bypassed by the A52 which provides good road access to the cities of Nottingham and Leicester, the A1 and M1. Rear Hallway Wooden half glazed door leading to the rear garden and door to the bedroom. Bedroom 3.31 x 3.33 (10'10' x 10'11') UPVC window to the rear elevation with Venetian blind, traditional, corner cast iron fireplace with grate and electric storage heater. Exterior The property is approached via Chapel Lane, onto the driveway to the side of the property with pathway leading to the entrance door. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with borders of shrubs and a side gate to the rear garden. Directions From Our Bingham Office, turn left onto Long Acre, proceed onto Grantham Road reaching the junction with the A52. Turn left towards Grantham , taking a fork in the road, signposted Whatton and Aslockton, Old Grantham Road. At the crossroads, turn left onto Dark lane and follow the road through the centre of Whatton, over the railway crossing and into Aslockton. Proceed along Main Street turning left into Mill Lane and first left into Chapel Lane. The property can be found on the left hand side of the lane after the right hand bend.
