" A very well presented semi detached ground floor flat which features lawned gardens to both sides. The flat is very well presented and is available with no chain being involved. The accommodation briefly comprises; entrance hallway, lounge with bay window, two double bedrooms, modern three piece bathroom/wc and a stylish breakfasting kitchen. Front and back gardens. The flat has double glazed windows and recently installed gas central heating with radiators and is located with excellent commuting links for Newcastle City Centre, central Gateshead and the Metro Centre. Viewing is highly recommended.

Entrance hallway Access to the home is via a Upvc entrance door. There are sunken halogen spotlights fitted to the ceiling, a radiator and the floorboards have been varnished and sanded.
