Location

Known as the gateway to Glendale and the Cheviot Hills, Wooler is an attractive, largely stone built, market town in an elevated position above Wooler Water in the foot hills of the Cheviots. Wooler has a bustling main street providing a range of shops, including a baker, butcher, chemist, supermarkets, specialist shops plus public houses, cafes, restaurants and churches. Schooling is available to middle school level, local outdoor pursuits include walking routes, fishing on the Till and Tweed Rivers.

Our View

Appointed to a good standard and available immediately, we highly recommend viewing. Entering the property via a small lobby which has an enclosed staircase leading to the first floor, the lounge/diner has both double glazed windows to the front and rear elevation and is decorated in a pleasant neutral style. The kitchen is fitted with an attractive range of wall and base units and has a built in electric hob and oven. To the first floor there are two bedrooms and a white modern style family bathroom with over bath shower. Externally there is a courtyard area to the front with off street parking facilities and an enclosed rear garden. .

Entering the village of Wooler from the south via the A697, follow the High Street to the end, No 58 is on the right hand side.
