**PRETTY STONE BUILT COTTAGE IN PICTURESQUE VILLAGE LOCATION**

Sellers View: Our time living here has been very happy and it is such a pretty village.  Reluctantly we are moving to be nearer my employment and will miss Acklington as it is a very peaceful friendly village.

This delightful mid terraced cottage has extremely well presented accommodation with many attractive features and is situated in the pretty rural village of Acklington overlooking the village church.   The cottage retains a welcoming feel and has been improved by the current owners to create a comfortable home which would appeal to a variety of purchasers, including the holiday let investor. A surprisingly spacious property, the accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, diing room, kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite to master and a large family bathroom.  An attractive feature to this property is the cottage garden to the front with views of the church, enhancing the appeal for someone seeking the pleasure of rural living whilst to the rear is secure parking for two cars.  Your early apppointment to view this outstanding property is highly recommended.
