" Cheeveley Steading is situated between the villages of Felton and Acklington, approximately 2 miles from the main A1 road. The barns were converted during 2004 and this property has since been upgraded and refurbished to provide a high standard of accommodation. The ground floor entrance hall with tiled floor has access off to the cloakroom/ w.c., and stairs to the first floor. The large sitting room includes a freestanding cast iron stove set in a stone Inglenook, and there are French doors opening to the garden. There is also a second reception room suitable for dining room or playroom, with study area off. The very attractive kitchen/ dining room has good fitted units with plenty of living space and double doors opening to the garden. There is also a utility room. On the first floor the master bedroom has been upgraded with fitted furniture and includes a walk-in dressing room plus en suite with Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. Ther are three further bedrooms, all doubles, and a very modern well fitted bathroom including freestanding bath and separate steamroom/ shower. To the front of the property is a pebbled feature garden, generous side and rear lawns with established shrubs. There are excellent open views over the countryside in all directions. Sonos built-in music system, oil fired central heating and double glazing is included with double garage and easy parking. The village of Acklington has a first school and church with nearest shopping facilities in Amble, Alnwick and Felton. Both Alnwick and Morpeth have schooling for all ages, choice of supermarkets and modern leaisure facilities. Newcastle is approximately 30 miles distant and commuting can be done by road or ail with a commuter station in Acklington.
