" **REDUCED!! SPACIOUS TRADITIONAL STONE BUILT HOUSE - HARBOUR AND BEACH LOCATION - VIEWS OVER HARBOUR - PERFECT HOLIDAY LET**

Sellers View
: When we first viewed this property we were amazed by the size of the rooms and the fact it is a very light house. We love the area close to the harbour.

Surprisingly spacious inside, this attractive stone built house offers a high standard of neutral accommodation throughout which would appeal to a variety of buyers including the holiday let/home market. Situated in the bustling harbour region of the pretty fishing port of Amble, the house is well sited for easy access to the variety of amenities which Amble offers, including beach, harbour, shops schools and banks. The extensive accommodation is situated over three floors and briefly comprises entrance hall, hallway, lounge/dining room, breakfasting kitchen, three bedrooms, large family bathroom and staircase to spacious attic room. This property has a pretty rear yard which could be opened up to provide off street parking if desired but the current owner finds off street parking to the rear always available.  Your early appointment to view is strongly recommended as properties of this excellent standard and desirable location are rare to the market.
