Situated in the semi rural village of Ridsdale lies 11 Rendle Terrace, formally an old smelters cottage cira 1850 with outstanding views over open countryside. The cottage has been extensively renovated to a very high standard to create a weekend getaway or permanent home. The accommodation which must be viewed to be appreciated briefly comprises of sitting room with inglenook and wood burning stove, garden room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Externally there is a lawn garden, to the rear there is a detached garage which has power and water, small outbuilding, lawn area and vegtable plot, views again are enjoyed to the rear.
Full planning permission was granted in February 2012 (lasting three year) for a two storey extension with full architect drawn plans.

The cottage benefits from gas central heating and double glazing, the garden room is a work in progress for the future owners to make their mark.
