" DESCRIPTION Charming stone built three bedroom cottage situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting adjacent to the Rowley Burn just outside the hamlet of Juniper in the sought after location of Hexhamshire. \rThe property retains much character and charm and the spacious and well presented accommodation comprises of a cloakroom which has plumbing for a washing machine and ventilation for a tumble dryer, breakfasting kitchen which is fitted with a range of shaker style cream units with complementary oak worktop, integral dishwasher and range cooker. The snug area of the kitchen enjoys a clearview wood burning stove with a pioneer oven. The kitchen leads through to the dining room with sliding patio doors out to the garden and a staircase to the first floor. The sitting room includes a gas stove set in an inglenook fireplace. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. There are also two boarded out loft spaces with electricity connected. Externally the well maintained gardens are a delightful feature of the property, extending to two sides down to the burn and include lawned areas, a raised decked area, gravelled drive with ample parking for a number of vehicles together with two sheds.   DIRECTIONS From the centre of Hexham, turn up Eastgate past the Tap and Spile pub onto the B6306, fork right up the Dipton Mill Road and take the next left signposted Dye House, Juniper and Ordley. Keep following this road and travel through the hamlet of Juniper, turn left down a private road immediately after the bridge over the Rowley Burn.
