" This immaculate second floor flat is positioned on an elevated position on The Chains development and as such enjoys spectacular views from its south face across the rooftops of Corbridge with a great aspect of the valley beyond.

INTERNAL
As you enter this flat you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall which provides access to all major rooms. There is ample space to store coats and boots. The first room on the left is a large open plan living area with three large windows immediately providing spectacular views across Corbridge rooftops and the valley beyond. The room itself is exceptionally spacious and has an electric fire, wooden flooring and is open plan to the kitchen area which has adjacent space for a table. The kitchen itself is well designed to offer a large amount of storage in the form of floor and wall cabinets and drawers. There are AEG integrated appliances including an oven, hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a 1.5 bowl stainless steel sink with mixer tap, under cabinet spotlighting and spotlights to the ceiling.

The master bedroom is positioned on the most western side of the apartment. It has four large windows, two to the south face, offering the same spectacular view as the living room. It has a line of fitted wardrobes with ample hanging and shelf space and also an en-suite shower room with two piece white suite, cabinet beneath basin and large walk in shower as well as a chrome finish heated towel rail.

Two further double bedrooms are positioned to the rear of the property and both offer ample natural light via two large windows. The family bathroom offers a three piece white suite, large walk in shower, heater under bath and storage beneath the basin.
