" This first and second floor maisonette offers a dramatic amount more space than it seems. The accommodation throughout is light and airy; it offers on site designated parking as well as an enclosed private garden, there are also views of the river from multiple rooms.

FIRST FLOOR
From a communal entranceway shared with only one other apartment, you enter in to a generous hallway which provides access to all of the main rooms.

There is a cloak cupboard with hanging space, and the first door on the right hand side takes you through to the living room with engineered oak flooring, two west facing windows, allowing ample natural light, multiple wall lights and hanging pendant lights . The main focal point of the room is a gas fire with marble hearth surround and wooden mantle. The room itself is L-shaped and offers good versatile space. The room lying opposite the living room is the kitchen which has a range of wall and floor cabinets including drawers and integrated appliances. There is an oven, hob and also a free standing washing machines included within the sale.
