Torridon is a beautiful property situated in an excellent location with access to Ryton village and within access to local amenities and schools. The accommodation comprises of vestibule, hallway with stairs to the first floor and two storage cupboards. The dining room is situated to the front with a double glazed window and radiator. There is an open plan lounge leading into the conservatory which overlooks the rear garden. The lounge has cornice and ceiling rose. From the hallway there is access into the fitted kitchen which has a range of wall and base units, pantry and double glazed window. The utility room has plumbing for washing machine and has base units, sink and drainer unit, door to the rear. There is a cloakroom/wc and entrance into the study which has a double glazed window and radiator. The landing gives access to three double bedrooms of which all have double glazed windows and radiators. There is access to the loft which is boarded. Externally there is a double garage with power, access to the rear garden. Viewing is recommended to appreciate the size of the accommodation on offer
