" What the owner says ... When we first saw this bungalow, we knew that the property had plenty of potential. So we have spent a considerable amount of time, effort and money to get the best out of this property. We would like to now think that we have unlocked the full potential that it had and have now created a very pleasing living space. A couple of the features that we particularly love are the sunny rear garden which is accessible via bi-folding doors from the kitchen. The main reception room we find very relaxing with a high vaulted ceiling which keeps the room nice and cool. The location is also second to none and you have access to all the amenities you could wish for.

Without doubt this is one of the most desirable bungalows within the immediate location. The current owners have done a fabulous job in creating the perfect home in a very desirable residential location. The attention to detail on the refurbishment is impeccable and every single room works very well. The accommodation briefly comprises:- entrance hall, a fabulous main reception room with high vaulted ceiling, a stunning refitted kitchen with islands and fitted wall and floor units. This also doubles up as a reception area with large bi folding doors to the rear garden. There is also a very handy utility room off the kitchen area. Two double bedrooms are located to the ground floor along with a very well presented family bathroom. There is a secondary internal hall which leads to the second floor offering a further two bedrooms; the master bedroom with an en-suite facility. You also have the benefit of additional storage in the eaves. Externally there is a delightful rear garden which has a very sunny aspect. To the front of the property there is a large block paved driveway which then leads to a garage and carport beyond. A truly exceptional bungalow.
