Location

Located in the village of Backworth, the property has access to the A19, which in turn leads to Newcastle, Sunderland and South Shields. The area also has access to Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and Northumberland Park which boasts a Metro Station. Upstairs, the property has a double master bedroom with fitted wardrobes to the front of the property and the second bedroom is to the rear of the property and has loft access. The loft is a fantastic space with a window to the front. The large bathroom is tiled with spotlights to the ceiling and a suite comprising bath with over head shower, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto B1322. Continue for approximately one mile and turn left onto Killingworth Avenue. The property is half way down the street on your left.
