Internally the accommodation offers an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen with integrated appliances i.e.: washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, hob, oven and cooker hood. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom/w.c. Modern features include gas central heating and double glazing. Externally there is an enclosed front garden and yard to the rear.
