" A fine example of an Edwardian villa style detached house which has been lovingly restored and updated to retain many of the fine original features.

The house is currently arranged over three floors with the principal house on the ground and first floor and a self contained one/two bedroom apartment on the top floor with separate access from the side of the house.

The main house is approached via a carriage driveway to the original covered porch and double doors to three separate receptions. The rear having an Aga duel fuel stove in the fireplace, a hand made solid wood fitted kitchen and conservatory/diner with access to the garden, guest wc, master bedroom with en suite shower room, three further bedrooms (one with a balcony overlooking the garden) and family bathroom.

The top floor is currently arranged with fitted kitchen, reception room, bedroom, study and bathroom as well as another balcony with separate access from the side of the house. This area could easily be turned into three more bedrooms if required.

Mountfield Road is accessed from East End Road and is on the part of the road that has been closed off to Regents Park Road to prevent it being used as a cut-through.
