This charming, traditional detached cottage built in the early 1900's is set within large, established grounds with wonderful rear views over the valley and down to the flowing river/burn.

All the accommodation is on the ground floor and can only be appreciated upon internal inspection as the external frontage is particularly deceiving.

The accommodation comprises entrance vestibule, entrance hall, comfortable sized lounge with dual aspect windows to front and side, focal point fireplace. Travel south on the M74. Take Junction 7. At the end of the slip road turn left onto Lanark Road A72. At the Cornsilloch Brae Roundabout and take the first exit down to the Garrion Bridge. Follow the A72 Lanark Road towards the village of Crossford. From the Garrion Bridge proceed for approximately three quarters of a mile and turn right onto Manse Brae. Proceed to the brow of the hill where the property is on the right hand side. Glenburn is the end house on the right.
