" Rarely available to the market is this substantial tradional built villa (circa 1900). Although the property is situated in a semi rural location it is only a short distance from Carluke Train Station and other local amenities. This property has been refubished to a good standard it still retains much of its orginal character. Some of the endearing features are ceiling cornices, deep timber skirting boards, solid timber doors, Scottish press cupboards and a sweeping staircase off the main hallway.
