" Three bedroom semi detached bungalow situated in a rural location close to the hamlet of Yieldshields, just a short distance from the town of Carluke.It is important to note that this property is of concrete and steel construction and therefore deemed to be of non-standard construction, severely limiting lending potential.The accommodation on offer comprises: entrance hallway, spacious lounge with open coal fireplace, large dining kitchen with a good range of base and wall mounted units and LPG gas hob, electric oven and hood. On leaving our Carluke Office head out on the main Carnwath Road and continue along passing the new High School on your left hand side. Continue out of Carluke to Roadmeetings and turn left onto Yieldshields Road.
