" Upload Abode is delighted to present this impressive 4 bedroom sandstone detached home situated in one of the most sought after areas of Carluke. This stunning home offers extensive storage in the eaves and mixes traditional features with a modern finish and is in truly walk-in condition.

Five things the current owners love about their home:

1. The size of the property. It has lots of great spaces where we can relax together and also have friends and family over.

2. The snug room is my favourite room, especially in the winter where we like to put on the wood burning fire.

3. The locality. It is close to the town centre where there are nice restaurants and it is within walking distance of the train station and other amenities. You are within 10 mins of both the M8 and the M74 which is hand for commuting. However, there are beautiful walks close by so you have best of both.

4. The style of the house. It is a period property and has so many of the original features like high ceilings and panel walls but it has also been modernised with the stunning staircase so it is a perfect mix of period and modern styles.
5. The back garden gets the sun all day until about 8pm and then it goes round to the front of the property. We have space for furniture and also room where our dog loves to run around and play. We love having family over for BBQ`s and have so many amazing memories in the property.

INTERIOR

Passageway to the property is via a UPVC white door opening into an impressive, large hallway with feature staircase finished with a mix of glass and contemporary spindles. Quality oak flooring flows throughout the ground floor.
