This 3-bedroom semi-detached house with front garden, rear garden and driveway are situated in the quiet residential area of Auchenheath, near Lanark. An extensive and very thorough programme of internal and external renovation has just been completed, which has resulted in a home that is ready to move into and enjoy.

The property benefits from a completely re-tiled roof a new LPG gas central heating system incorporating a new combi boiler with new radiators and plumbing a new electrical wiring system with new consumer unit and sockets installed to current safety standards a new kitchen with built in oven, inset hob and sink plus a new free standing fridge freezer a new family bathroom on the ground floor incorporating bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin and a new WC on the first floor incorporating a toilet and wash basin.
