A relatively new development constructed by Messrs Bloor Homes in 2005 quickly earning the distinction of being one of THE places to live in Olney. Conveniently located for all the amenities Olney has to offer and with a southerly aspect in a beautiful riverside setting.

The market town of Olney

With a current population of around 10,000 this charming small town is very highly regarded and an extremely desirable place to live. Easy access to the M1 Motorway at junctions 14 & 15 and main line railway connections available at both Milton Keynes and Bedford offer fast journey times into London for the commuter.
