" A fine example of a period property set in a tucked away lane just off the High Street of Lavendon with a surprisingly good size garden to the rear. Ideally placed for access to Olney, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Bedford for commuting and for good quality schooling. Internally the property has been restored to modern standards whilst retaining original features and character. There are two traditional reception rooms, a useful study/office at the rear and a kitchen with breakfast area overlooking the rear garden. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, all of a good size, the smallest being over 10' x 8' and there is the family bathroom. A feature of the house is the garden which is has a secluded patio and lawned area with seating which then leads to a larger lawned 'orchard' style garden.
