SUMMARY
A three bedroom linked-detached house located on the popular Badger's Way. The property briefly comprises entrance porch, hall, kitchen, utility room, study and bathroom with front and rear gardens. The garage has been converted to a study and extra storage space.


DESCRIPTION
Buckingham offers an excellent selection of restaurants, pubs and bars. There are a variety of small independent shops and boutiques as well as national shops and twice-weekly markets, with a farmers market once a month. There are a range of leisure amenities including a swimming pool, leisure centre, golf course, football pitches and a number of picturesque walks around the area.

Local state secondary schools are the Royal Latin Grammar School and the Buckingham School (a secondary modern). There are also a number of community primary schools serving different areas of the town.

Buckingham is within easy reach of Milton Keynes, which offers extensive shopping, and leisure facilities. Direct rail links to London and Birmingham are available from Milton Keynes and nearby Bicester and the M40 Junctions 8 and 9 are both easily accessible within 15 miles of Buckingham.

Stowe School and Akeley Wood Independent Schools are also in easy access of Buckingham, situated just outside the town.

Buckingham town is centred on the historic market place and contains many 18th century buildings. Three main roads converge at Buckingham, namely the A413, the A421 (the southern bypass) and the A422. Capability Brown's formal garden design at Stowe (on the A422 westbound) is an historic National Trust attraction.
