" A 3 bedroom semi detached house with a very large garden and rural views, backing onto fields, within the sought after village of Tingewick.

GROUND FLOOR The front door leads into the hall which has stairs to the first floor and a door to the lounge. The lounge has a window to the front, is a good size and has a door to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level cupboards with work tops, spaces for appliances and a window overlooking the garden. The dining area is clear leaving space for a table and has doors to the conservatory and understairs cupboard. The conservatory is double glazed and enjoys views over the large garden.
