" A superbly presented and highly individual conversion of a former Chapel built in 1864 (approaching 2,000sqft). Whilst the exterior gives the appearance of a Victorian detached house the interior retains many of the original character features, including the generous sized rooms, beamed and lofty ceilings and fireplaces. The reception hall provides a deep and welcoming entrance which is light and airy leading to the well proportioned rooms. On the ground floor there are three reception rooms which offer flexible accommodation with the large main sitting room having a double aspect outlook and real fireplace. There is also a large kitchen/breakfast room looking onto the garden and a utility/cloakroom. Leading from the gallery landing upstairs there are three generous sized bedrooms with the particularly expansive master bedroom having vaulted ceilings, beams and an en-suite shower room. There are two further double bedrooms and a separate family bathroom.

Situation
The pretty village of North Marston is situated about 7 miles North of the county town of Aylesbury and about 3.5 miles from the quaint market town of Winslow where there is a good selection of shops, cafes and a regular farmers' market is held. North Marston has a village community shop, village hall where a Pre-School is established and a pub The Pilgrim. An excellent gastro pub, The Crown, is 1.5 miles up the road in Granborough. North Marston has a recreation ground and sports field with pavilion, running track, nature trail and cricket nets. There is a C of E school in the village up to the age of 11. Excellent senior education including grammar schools can be found in Buckingham and Aylesbury. There are commuter links with mainline trains going from Aylesbury to London (Marylebone 60 minutes), Leighton Buzzard, 11 miles away, to London (Euston 35 minutes) and fast links to Birmingham and Manchester. Milton Keynes with its excellent train, shopping, entertainment and restaurant facilities is 12 miles away. All times and distances stated are approximate.
