" A very well presented three bedroom link detached situated in this popular village

Introduction
3 Elmers Meadow is an extremely well presented three bedroom link detached family home which is situated in a quiet close within this sought after village. The current owners have significantly improved the property, the main feature of which is the superb 24ft kitchen/dining room with doors leading through to a double glazed conservatory. The property benefits from full LPG central heating to radiators and is double glazed throughout.

The pretty village of North Marston is situated about 7 miles North of the County Town of Aylesbury (Marylebone 55 minutes) and about 3.5 miles from the market town of Winslow. The village has a village hall, a pub called the Pilgrim with a successful restaurant, a recreation ground and sports field with pavilion, running track, nature trail and cricket nets. There is a CofE village school for children up to the age of 11. A community shop was established in 2011. The village is famous for Sir John Schorne who was rector in 1300. During a drought he discovered a well that was reputed to have miraculous healing properties. He had a reputation for holiness such that he is believed to have trapped the devil in a boot which many consider the origin of the Jack in the Box. When he died in 1313 the village became a popular place of pilgrimage with pilgrims who came to take the waters from the Holy Well. This was renovated in 2004/05 and may still be seen.
