" A beautifully presented recently refurbished family home situated in a close in this sought after village.

The property has been fitted to a high contemporary standard whilst retaining a great deal of character. Of particular note is the open plan Kitchen and Dining Room which is fitted with a new kitchen, laminate granite worktops with a gas and electric Rangemaster range and extractor hood. There is oak laminate flooring both in here and throughout the ground floor. There is a good sized Drawing Room with an open fireplace and an attached Conservatory. The Cloakroom, Shower Room and Bathroom are tastefully fitted in white with chrome fittings with Amtico flooring in both bathrooms. The house is on the southwest side of the village and has far reaching views over farmland.

Situation
Padbury is a very pretty North Bucks village with a predominance of thatched and period cottages and has thriving social and community activities. The village has an excellent family butchers' shop which is also a game supplier selling bread, cheese, milk, etc.
