" This compact and beautifully positioned equestrian property stands in a peaceful rural setting within its own land having superb uninterrupted views to all aspects. Approached via a private drive of half a mile, Crow Tree Lodge has 11 acres of paddocks and small woodland with a range of stabling and outbuildings make it ideal for equestrian and country pursuits. Extended and improved by the current owners, this single storey property is constructed of local coursed iron stone and is believed to be a former Hunting Lodge to the Tyringham Estate and having the added benefit of planning consent for a separate annexe. The accommodation offers flexible living space with a central vaulted kitchen dining room forming the focal point of the property and bedroom accommodation being located at either end of the property. The watered paddocks include a range of timber stables, outdoor m?nage and garages with tool sheds. Central heating is provided by oil and there are double glazed windows throughout.
