" This house has a jaw-dropping, fabulously large 21ft fitted kitchen, finished to an extremely high specification with top of the range double oven and Liebherr integral fridge. The property still retains all of the charms of a Victorian house, with fireplaces in every room, picture rails and beautiful original sash bay windows and boasts larger rooms than most other properties in Wolverton and has an upstairs bathroom as well as downstairs cloakroom, utility room and two large separate reception rooms. Purpose-built steel gates enclose off street parking.
 
A new energy efficient heating system has been installed along with all new radiators, and the house has been re-wired. A velux window has been installed in the original slate roof, which has been completely restored and re-felted.
 
Victorian Wolverton, is a railway town, with a fabulous and thriving community spirit. It is just a mile from the historic Stony Stratford. It has an infant, junior and secondary school, many independent shops, farmers market, library and post office as well as a large Tesco. A new swimming pool and leisure centre is soon due to open.

Wolverton is on the main Birmingham to London train line and has its own newly built train station. Milton Keynes centre is just 5 minutes away with its reknowned shopping centre, popular theatre and restaurants. Commuters can be in London in just 40 minutes.
