" A beautifully presented three bedroom 1930s semi-detached house located on Calverton Road, one of the most sought after roads in the town. The property has been renovated in recent times and is beautifully presented with accommodation set over two floors comprising of entrance hall, cloakroom, two reception rooms including a large dining room with a bay window and is open-plan to the fitted kitchen. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a shower room. The property has character features to include stripped and varnished wooden floorboards in most rooms, period internal doors and fireplaces. The property has a good size rear garden and the front garden provides off-road parking for at least two cars. It is a sought after style of property in a popular located and early viewing is highly recommended.

Ground Floor A storm porch leads into the entrance hall. Stairs rise to the first floor. Wooden floors. A cloakroom has a suite comprising of a low level w.c. and wash hand basin. Original 1930s panel doors lead to both reception rooms.
