" This property must be viewed internally to fully appreciate the extent of the accommodation offered in this impressive executive style detached family home. Situated just off Keycol Hill the present owners have owned the property for approximately 5 years and in our opinion have beautifully maintained it throughout. The owners chose this particular plot as it was tucked away at the end of the development and thus the rear garden is not overlooked. The house itself is planned over three floors and boasts spacious family accommodation that cannot fail to please the discerning viewing. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, dining room, study, an impressive 19' kitchen/diner, utility room and a downstairs wc. In addition there is an imposing reception hall to get you on your arrival. Other benefits include gas central heating system via radiators, double glazed window units and a detached double garage with parking for several vehicles. This imposing home really does tick all the boxes in terms of size, style and layout and we feel that early arrangements should be made to fully appreciate what excellent value for money is on offer.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking it was the garden which first attracted it to us, the fact it was not overlooked was a huge plus point. Our family was expanding so we needed the extra space and this property had it all, since being here we have added tiling to the en-suite and replaced the flooring downstairs. The cul-de-sac we are in is so friendly and ideally located for the A249 and the outlooks will be missed greatly but as the children have flown the nest it is time for us to down size as the property is just too big. We just hope whoever buys it enjoys it as much as we have.
