" Village properties always draw in a huge audience just like this immaculately presented extended semi. Spacious living accommodation is offered throughout and the young owners have really made their own mark and transformed this into a tasteful and modern property. The extended part of the house offers a real social space to the downstairs and offers an additional cloakroom, which is a huge benefit for any property. Many houses of this age only tend to have limited parking or garages en bloc but this property has a huge benefit by offering a double garage with an electric door and is approached by bloc paving and a gated driveway to the rear.
Set in a quiet cul de sac, only 5 minutes walk from the heart of the village, Lower Halstow has a real community feel and spirit. The village boasts a variety of rural country walks and views, local shops and a traditional public house. Families and first time buyers are perfectly suited to this property as it could be moved into it immediately and for this reason we are expecting a huge response of viewings, so call us now to view.

What the Owner says:

When we were first looking to buy, we were not aware that Medway and Swale, as our chosen areas, had so many local villages. When we first came to Lower Halstow to view this property the main attraction was the amount of downstairs space and living area it had to offer. The double garage, parking to rear and the spacious 70’ rear garden met with all of our requirements and this is what attracted us most. We have not owned the property for long but we have made a lot of cosmetic changes with the view to stay at our home, however, due to our work and family commitments we are looking to move out of the area.
