We purchased the property from new and loved the ideal of owning a brand new home in an area that was close to family and friends, but we initially struggled to find anything like this locally so when we did find it we made sure we secured it straight away.The location is very quick and central to the town and local shops, which we have found to be a real convenience when needing to pop out for any of those everyday essentials.
