" This 1960's end of terraced house has undergone, such a comprehensive refurbishment that it feels and looks like a brand new home. The owners have transformed this house into a light, airy, attractive modern home, this is far more than a make over as not only have they installed double glazing, central heating, re-decorated, re-carpeted, replaced the kitchen and bathrooms they have also re-plastered, re-wired and replaced all the wood work. The space and lay out would be ideal for the family, there are 3 separate bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom, unlike so many Gillingham properties which have a down stairs bathroom. The 80ft garden which has a natural screen to the rear, making it a pleasant and private environment in which you can enjoy the summer sunshine. It is situated on the outskirts of town, set back from the road, fronting onto a green but is only 1.25 miles away from the Town Centre with its good range of shops and main line railway station. Riverside Country park is 1/2 mile away providing a lovely area for walks. This is a must view house and we are sure that you will not be able to find another property in this price range in as good condition, so view today.

What the Owner says:

When we bought the house we were looking for a house in poor condition that offered extra potential and felt sure that this was the one. We have refurbished numerous properties in the past and always take a great deal of pride in our work. We never cut corners and have made every effort to create a stunning home, by installing quality fittings, adding those extras and making sure that the finish is of a high standard. Despite all the work we have done we still feel the house offers further potential as with such a big garden, there is plenty of scope for a conservatory or even an extension.
