There should be no need for major expense as the house boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom, double glazing, gas central heating and is well presented throughout.The integral garage will allow you to keep your car safe and sound off the road or provide storage/workspace and a drive way still provides additional parking. All in all a ready to move into spacious and well located house that warrants your immediate attention.

When we first viewed the house 4 years ago we loved the new "feel" of the house as it was in a very good condition. Because to this we have had to do very little other than to decorate to our taste and have laid several bamboo floors, which we love. We have really enjoyed the location with the river views to front and the golf course behind and it gives us the feel of being out in the country. But despite this we are still close enough to the town centre and station to be convenient.We will be sad to leave but need to move closer to Mum, but now someone else can benefit and enjoy this house as much as we have.
