" If you need three separate bedrooms but do not want the inconvenience of having to trudge downstairs in the 'wee small hours' to use the bathroom then this could be the house for you. The rare combination of 3 separate bedrooms and a separate upstairs bathroom is very hard to find in the price range.Downstairs there is plenty of space with 26' lounge/diner with windows both to the front and rear creating a light and airy living area. There is also a 16' kitchen giving a larger space than most houses in the price range in which to create your culinary masterpieces. It also benefits from a hallway rather than walking straight into the lounge.
If you want to be close enough to the Town centre to be convenient but not right on top of it then being 3/4 mile from the High Street could be ideal. All in all this family house offers many attributes over and above the vast majority of other properties available at this price and should be viewed without delay

What the Owner says:

When I first viewed the house 10 years ago I was immediately attracted by the size and layout. The rooms were far bigger than most others I'd viewed and the convenient location was also a real asset.I've made many improvements in my time here including installing gas central heating, double glazing and creating a 3rd bedroom and bathroom upstairs which has made a massive difference. It has proved to be a great family home but it is now time to move on and hopefully our buyers will enjoy the house as much as we have.
