" If you have a large family and need a spacious property with lots of rooms providing versatile accommodation then this will be ideal. As you walk through the bungalow you will be amazed as one room follows another. With 5 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms you will have numerous options as to how you lay it out to suit you. Having been refurbished over the last 4 years, it is extremely modern and well presented, enabling you to move straight in with little or no further expense. The outside is equally impressive, to the rear there are large lawns and an extensive sweeping patio and feature pond, with a natural screen of conifers and hedges, giving seclusion and a feel of being in the heart of the country side, rather than the heart of town. This rural feel is further enhanced by the fact that there is a stunning church and park to the front and the Strand Leisure Centre and river are only half a mile away. This is a must view property as we can in no way do it justice in these details, so whether you are after a bungalow or a house, make this top of your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

When we bought the bungalow 4 years ago we had very specific requirements as our sons family would also be living with us, so we needed enough space for all of us and the ability for them to have there own space and the "west wing" as we called it was ideal, providing them with a lounge, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
Although the bungalow was like a time walk back to the 60's we knew it was perfect for our needs and we saw the potential. In the time that we have been here we have spent a lot of time, money and effort bringing it back into to the 21st century and are proud of what we have achieved. Now our son has moved out its far to big for the two of us, so its time to move on. We have loved living here as we are sure the new owners will.
