" You may think that this is just another typical Gillingham two up two down. Think again as, despite external appearances, this house offers far larger accommodation than you would expect as it also has a lower ground floor giving addition space.
Along with the separate lounge there is a spacious modern fitted kitchen/diner giving plenty of room but there is also the added bonus of a cellar room which could be used as additional living space, hobby room, gym or whatever takes your fancy. As well as all the living space there are also three separate double bedrooms to alleviate those arguments as to who has which bedroom. Being laid out over three floors also gives versatility as to how you utilise the space in a way not offered by two storey properties.

Having lived here for 13 years we have really appreciated the space and size of the rooms. The three double bedrooms have been a real asset as it was so hard to find when we were looking to buy and by converting the cellar we have had more than enough living space.
We have found it to be a great family home not only because of its size but also because it is so convenient to everything, being so close to town. It’s only a five minute walk to the shops and the station and Medway Hospital is only 10 minutes walk.
