The kitchen is recently fitted and absolutely beautiful. This area of Snodland is very sought after. It is close to surrounding picturesque countryside, local schools, shops and amenities and motorway networks. The southerly facing rear garden really is exceptional in size and design. The owner loves spending time there and successfully nurtures many beautiful plants and shrubs. I discovered Snodland with its hills, lakes, many ancient footpaths and bridleways 44 years ago! 31 years ago I was the first person to move into the new Wimpey homes in the St Benedicts area. There were only 2 detached houses like this. They sold first, such was their success Wimpey decided to build detached houses in the Freelands Road. A real family home with large south facing garden with water feature and wildlife. We really are in the foothills of the northdowns in the heart of the Kent countryside!
