" Here's a semi detached home for a family to enjoy. The current owners have made many improvements during the 8 years they've been in residence. The kitchen has been the most costly change and was totally redone within the last few years so one less thing for the new owners to worry about. The conservatory has provided that much needed additional space for dining. One of the largest benefits is the summer house which gives extra storage space and provides a study/playroom for the owners and their family. An additional benefit is the planning permission and plans for a double storey side extension which would provide. Its all there for the new buyer to take advantage of. Countryside is just a short walk away and this family have enjoyed many weekend taking advantage of it.

When we first viewed the property we were so impressed by the location, the countryside on your doorstep. The children can play out the front and we're in an ideal position for walking the dog. The children can play safely without us worrying about traffic or noise. We have already added a conservatory and summer house and there is planning permission for a double storey extension.
